Privacy notice

This notice explains what Lee County Realty LLC ("we") collects through this website, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form:
- your name, phone number and email address;
- what you're looking to do (sell, buy, an inherited property, or a question);
- anything you choose to add in the message box;
- whether you asked for an introduction to a lender; and
- your consent to be contacted, with the date and time you gave it.
We do not ask for your age, and we do not ask for or record race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin. We don't collect financial information such as income, credit or account details; if you want a loan, the lender you choose collects that directly. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry. With your consent, a licensed agent may call, text or email you about the real estate matter you asked about. We keep a record of your consent so that we can show you gave it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal contact information. Your details are handled by Lee County Realty and by Infinitum Real Estate LLC, which operates our marketing on our behalf, and are stored with the service providers that run this site and our email (Google and Netlify).
Lender introductions. If you ask us to introduce you to a lender, we share your name, phone number and email address with the lender or lenders you choose, and only them, so they can contact you. We receive no payment for this.
We may disclose information where the law requires it.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any text, tell the agent on a call, or email jason@leecountyrealtyga.com and ask to be removed. We'll stop contacting you about the inquiry. You can also ask us to see or delete what we hold about you, using the same address or by calling (229) 894-8280.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to deal with your inquiry and any resulting transaction, and for as long as Georgia real estate record-keeping rules require. Then it is deleted.
Security
The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS, and inquiries are stored in access-controlled business accounts. No system is perfect; if something went wrong affecting your information, we would tell you as the law requires.
Children
This site is for adults dealing with real estate. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
